Summer Fiber Arts Fest!

Join us this summer for an assortment of community events!

BSB Gallery is proud to present The Summer Fiber Arts Fest! A summer long celebration of all creative avenues for fiber based arts, from knitting, weaving, to public art installations and more. We wanted to highlight and connect the amazing Knit & Stitch / fiber based communities in the Trenton and Mercer county area to introduce and involve the public to this vibrant art form!

We kicked off on Saturday, June 8th with World Wide Knit in Public Day from 12-2pm in front of the gallery. Beginning in July, we’ll host Stop In & Stitch Thursdays and Speak & Sew Open Mic Night, where participants are invited to bring their current knit, crochet, or sewing project to work on in the gallery or create a square for our a public yarn bombing in Mill Hill Park!

Throughout the summer we will offer an array of additional classes, events, workshops, and art demonstrations that focus on fiber and textile arts taught by professional artists! During the month of August we will debut our G2 Gallery with a spralling fiber art installation and mini exhibition. Last, Trentonians can look forward to a colorful pop up in Mill Hill Park as The Summer Fiber Arts Fest is commemorated with a public yarn bombing in the heart of downtown Trenton.
